You will leave from the CGN pier in Cully where a small market is held every Sunday from May 27 to October 7 (from 10am to 4pm). After crossing the village, you will stroll along the vineyard footpaths and discover the villages of Riex and Epesses. A complimentary glass of chasselas, a famous grape variety grown mainly in Lavaux, will be offered to you at the "Les 11 Terres" vinotheque located at the centre of the village of Epesses.
You will be invited to learn everything about the history, the vineyards, and the work of the winegrowers in Lavaux. Armed with such knowledge, you will no doubt gain a greater understanding of this exceptionally important cultural landscape.
The Federal Council is strengthening the protective measures:
The obligation to mask applies in the vinotheque, except during tasting (sitting at the table).
Each participant must bring his own mask.
